Purchased a vehicle in 2022 and has been in and out of dealership due to issue with engine. Took to get it “fixed” and nothing gets resolved will work for a couple weeks then issues start again. Worst service customer service I have ever experience. Will not ever purchase from this dealer again.

Went into showroom to ask how much my truck was worth, thinking of buying a new truck. Was told they don’t do that… well you lost a possible sale. Since this dealership was bought out and has new owners they need a lot of lessons on customer service. The service writer, the tech that did the install, the parts department, were all very easy to work with. Even the cashier was very polite. Nothing like the experience I had at Martin Chevrolet, I am certain I will be back for other service in the future.

If your service department does not talk with the booking service via the Chevrolet App then your dealership should be removed. Once I was informed of this and the assumption that I just dropped my vehicle off without notifying anyone was cleared up I had a pleasant experience

After A LOT of research they were extremely competitively priced and and the car buying experience was nothing short of the most relaxing, non pressure experience I've had. The salesman, Steve Bernstein is extremely experienced and was a joy to deal with as was the GSM Mike, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Guys there were nice to deal with, got a nice car for a good price. There were multiple issues discovered with the car/deal that we worked through eventually. Be aware that they try to charge an extra $1,400 car polish fee that they don’t tell you about until paperwork time. Overall I would give them a B rating.

Editing my review to 5-Stars: Alexi was a great salesperson who looked out for my dad. I made an impulse review based on one situation that upset me, but in the grand scheme of things he was a great person who I would encourage people work with in the future.

I arrived for a recall. Gentleman that helped me made it seem like he knew why I was there and I stood there in silence until he asked who I was and why I was there. No explanation on the recalls or what had to be done. Not very professional given other dealerships and their attention to the small things that make the customer feel welcome.

I hate every part of the car buying process, but Steve made it painless and bearable. He was extremely professional, respectful, and listened to my situation as I had negative equity in my trade in. But he went above and beyond to get me into a new car with a doable payment.
I liked the sales team. Honest and kind. I strongly dislike the price markup, however. The advertised price (of all used cars at this dealership) does not include an already applied z-shield. So every used car is actually 1399 dollars more than the advertised price. I was told this is a marketing decision to bring in more buyers, that if they advertised the actual cost including their already applied paint shield, they would get fewer customers looking at the cars. From start to finish the staff at Woodstock Chevrolet identified the issue, ordered the parts, scheduled a repair date & included a loaner to use while our car was in the shop. They also insured that the extended warranty covered this repair before any action was taken. Thanks to the service staff for all they did.
